Well rotten compost and yes coffee grinds are good as the Italians use this method. Good old blood and bone as it is also natural as it will make the poppies grow as well in their bright red colours of blood. Also you can add some sulphate ammonia for green leaf growth, but check the PH levels first as you might not need it. Liming is another. So happy gardening there Penny.
