and her vet has prescribed Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension (yup, that’s the WHOLE name!), 5 mL, Sterile. We put one drop in each eye every day and it seems to work quite well for her. This is for a specific infection, though. In previous years, any time my cat(s) got an eye infection, I’d make up a batch of boric acid in boiling water (about 1/2 tsp. of borax to a cup of water). Let it cool, and then just dab the cat’s eyes with it on a piece of cotton batting (a cotton ball). Do it once or twice a day and that should help. If it’s more serious, you probably would want to take her/him to the vet. I hope these work for you. Good luck!
