What is a good medicine for fatigue and headache?
Set a time for meditation every day, preferably the same time as this can help you stick to a schedule. I like to meditate when I first wake up, and also for a few minutes in the evening. Another thing that will really help is to wake up without an alarm. When you wake up naturally, your R.E.M. cycle is not interrupted. When the alarm wakes you up, there’s a chance you’re waking up mid-cycle, which causes that difficulty of waking up that we all experience. I set my alarm “just in case”, but when I wake up 10-15 minutes before, I try to simply get up, instead of falling asleep again and taking the chance of the alarm interrupting my sleep cycles. Good luck, and Namaste!
