i say if you have brown eyes to just wear brown eye shadow colors here’s what i do cuz i have brown eyes too i take the darker brown eyeshadow and skim it in an even line on top of my eye lashes sorta like eyeliner but on your eyelid then i take the lighter brown eyeshadow and just cover up the top lightly and that makes my brown eyes lighter =) and it comes out really Pretty hope i helped! (this was copied and pasted from my previous answer to a previous question that asked the same) but i also suggest not to use the liquid eyeliner i tried that with my theory on how to make your brown eyes lighter and it didnt look right, but if it looks good on you, go right ahead!
