What is a good job for a college student that is kind of shy?

probably office work like data entry, but it seems like office jobs are pretty hard to get. But I’m the same way and most of the jobs I’ve done are customer service. I’d be better in a data entry type of job but they never hire me for the jobs I’d really be good at and have the ability to stick with long term………… Another idea is retail jobs that are more behind the scenes like stock. There’s actually not as much heavy lifting as you might think. I worked retail (but as a sales associate) and sometimes helped in the stock room, but it was all opening boxes and bags of clothing, putting security tags on them, and hanging them. Pretty easy, much easier than the sales job dealing with fussy customers, running around all day and trying to convince people to sign up for a charge card……. Jobs at grocery stores like cashier jobs are good too. You have to work with the public but it’s nothing overwhelming. You’re not selling anything, just ringing their groceries and giving them a “
