Let me tell ya…I have such curly hair and the only cuts that looked good on me were cuts with a few layers at the bottom. With curly hair (like mine anyways) anything too high maintenance is a bad idea ( flat ironing takes a while and with mine I have to wait until it dries first). If she would like a shorter stlye go with a barely above the shoulders with a few layers, or long with a few layers. If she wants the short tho, careful cuz a bad short cut on a girl with curls will look like a mushroom head, and if she wants it long, be careful to put in enough layers so you avoid the triangle look. You pobably already know this but, careful not to cut too much off if your doing a wet cut, the hair is heavier with less curl. If you do a dry cut, flat iron it first (if this is how she wears her hair alot), then dampen the ends and use awesome scissors. This is the way my stylist does it, so I hoped that was useful info!
