What is a good gift idea for a 50 year old dad?
If he likes wine, I have purchased wine online from Lynfred Wineries in Bloomingdale, IL. They ship directly, so if he lives in a different state, this is convenient, the wine is good, and reasonably priced. My dad is a dvd and electronics buff, so he always appreciates a Best Buy gift card. It’s not too personal, but goes a long way. Another thing I did for my Dad was burned a CD of all the music that we listened to while growing up. This was a very personal gift that he really enjoyed. If he likes to try new restaurants, and is somebody who uses coupons, you can check out Restaurants.com. They allow you to buy a $25 gift certificate to a local restaurant for $10. I know, it seems too good to be true, but I’ve purchased these coupons for myself and others and it’s for real. Great reviews from all.
