What Is A Good Defrag Program For Windows 98?

I have a friend who has Windows 98 and he was asking me if there was a defrag program that was faster then the one that came with it. I never had Windows 98 as I went from 95, to ME, to XP and I’m hoping someone here can recommend something. I had some defrag programs when I had 95 and ME, which might have worked on 98, but I can’t find them and must have deleted them after I got XP.
