I need software for two main purposes. One is to track our pre-bid estimating process through the lead/opportunity pipeline. Right now I log about 25 bid leads/updates a week into an excel workbook- and each tab moves through the process from future lead all the way to No-Go leads or Bid History/Results. The second purpose is tracking all of our company contacts & past and potential customers/suppliers in one central location where I can manage all updates and then use the data for newsletters, marketing campaigns, etc.
