In 6 weeks without yeast in your diet (read your labels, stay away from anything that rises such as cakes, buns, bread) and then after the 6 weeks slowly introduce a LITTLE of the yeast back in. It’s advisable to stay away from too many cakes and buns anyway, and start eating multi-grain breads instead. ALWAYS eat a well-balanced meal and quit the munchies after 8 PM.
