What is a Gomer name?
As a family, Gomer is our last name. When this started, Razor, one of the board members thought it would be fun if each person made up a first name to go with “Gomer.” For instance, my name is Mama Gomer. I chose it originally because “Mama” is the name of a Third Day song, and because I wanted a name to reflect my love for my two sons. It turned out to be a great name for me, as mama of all the Gomers. Your Gomer name is your user name at www.Gomertopia.com. You also put your Gomer name on your Gomer shirt. You can change your Gomer name whenever you want by simply putting in a new one into your profile under “Member Info” when you log into Gomertopia.com.
