What is a Goatee?
A goatee, named because it resembles the bit of hair on a goat, is facial hair on a man’s chin. This hair, unlike a beard, usually occupies just the chin portion of the face, but can include a mustache as well. The goatee has been worn by men as early as the 17th century but comes in and out of fashion frequently. It has seen a recent comeback and is a great option when one does not want to wear a full beard.
