What is a gluten-free diet and should I be on one?
Gluten is a protein in all wheat, rye, barley and oat products. Gluten-free diets are for people with autism spectrum disorders, celiac spruce disease, gluten intolerance, and wheat allergies. If you do not have one of these disorders, there are no health benefits for you to be on a gluten-free diet. Many of the MacroBars are gluten-free. – All the ingredients in the Sesame Berry MacroBar are gluten free, however it is not made in our gluten free facility. We have 3 Gluten Free Bars (Tahini Date, Cashew Butter, and Peanut Protein), which are made in a separate gluten free facility.
