What is a Giclée on Canvas and Watercolor Print?
A giclée print is a high quality ink jet print of fine artwork on to specialty paper. Special “light-fast” inks are used, so that if kept out of the sun, the prints are good for up to 135 years without a noticeable fade. The most popular type of giclée print is giclée on canvas. This gives the texture and look of an original canvas painting. The other type of giclée we offer is on watercolor paper. This gives the print a watercolor quality texture and look.
