The term sounds a little bit confusing. You mean a garage storage unit inside a condominium complex or property right? It’s really meant to act as a personal space for owners to store their items in since condominium apartments can be a bit smaller than residents require for all of their things. If you’ve rented out a self storage unit, it works pretty much the same way. A space for all your items, but provided for you by your condominium management.

A garage storage condominium is your own personal storage unit. You can store anything you can imagine, except for hazardous materials of course. There may a few other limitations, so you will need to review the Condominium Documents in their entirety.
