What is a Gaming Industry Employee’s licence?

0

From 25 June 2005, the gaming industry employee’s licence replaces the special employee’s licence, technician’s licence and the bingo centre employee’s licence. If you are a holder of a current special employee’s licence or a technician’s licence or a bingo centre employee’s licence you are advised that from 25 June 2005 your current licence is taken to be a gaming industry employee’s licence. You do not need to do anything further as your current licence is valid. You do not need to replace it until it is due to expire. A renewal application will be sent to you prior to the licence expiring. Further, if you hold more than one kind of licence mentioned above, the expiry date of your licence will be the date when your most recent licence expires. You may wish to return your other licences to the Employee Licensing Section. The duties that can be performed by you as a holder of any of the above licences or a gaming industry employee’s licence can be viewed from the following link (Duties
