The above answerer is right on. Air popped popcorn is super low-calorie. Just buy kernels and put them in a paper lunch bag. Roll the end of the lunch bag closed and put it in the microwave until you hear all of the kernels popping. Then add salt (no butter) and any other spices you might think will be tasty (cinnamon, cayenne flakes, etc). Fruit smoothies and fruit salads are also good for dieters and so is sugar-free jello (the sugar-free jello cups are only 10 calories each I think, but you can make your own too if you buy the boxes of powder).
