Light with (almost the full or identical spectrum of the sun. naturally the sun is unique. Therefore the term “full spectrum light” has to be also seen relatively. To formulate it pragmatically full spectrum light contains all visual (colour) parts of sunlight as also a biological correct dose of corresponding UV-A, UV-B and ideally also the infrared parts of sunlight.
