Earmark has developed a technology that allows pump panel and aerial operations to be performed while maintaining full duplex wireless connectivity to the fire truck intercom as well as the fire truck radio. The Earmark system, called wLINK®, consists of a base station which is mounted in the cab of the fire truck and is hardwired to the fire truck intercom system which is, in turn, hard wired to the fire truck radio and a portable unit that is connected to a headphone.
