A Freebee is a person that is given to a member without the member having to invite anyone themselves. It has been put in place to assist members who have less than their two workers. A Freebee is generated in two ways: 1) a member in your table invites more than the 2 required to qualify, and 2) public advertising or CDT-generated Freebees.
