What is a Foreign National Information Form?
This form has a two-fold purpose. The first being to gather information from foreign nationals attending The University of Montana, to comply with Federally mandated regulations. The second is to use the immigration information provided to calculate a foreign nationals substantial presence test which in turn determines, for tax purposes only, if a foreign national qualifies as resident alien.
