The Homedics foot spa (model FS-1) is a little water bath for your feet, perfect for soaking and relaxing your tired tootsies after a long day. It’s not just a tub, though. This is a white plastic tub, flat on the bottom and slightly rounded on the sides. It is about 10″ wide and 14″ long. On the inside it is divided by a shallow divider into two sections. Each section has a series of raised bumps on the bottom (the “massagers”). To operate the foot spa, you simply fill it with water (I use warm water with a dash of a scented bath lotion) and plug it in. I usually put mine on a towel so that it won’t splash on the carpet or floor. There is a dial on the top that lets you switch it between Off, Massage and Massage/Heat. There is also an indicator light that shows that the unit is on, and indicates whether it is massaging, heating or both.
