A flat rate time ticket can ONLY be used in conjunction with the hourly billing mode. It is a ticket that does not charge by the hour but charges from an amount field you enter on each time ticket. Remember that amount can be 0.00 for whatever your needs might be. If you have a flat rate fee for certain fee type services this is the best way to enter it.
