Try this simple snack, you may have to do some searching at the right health food store though… -wheat toast (with added fiber) -organic peanut butter or almond butter (no salt or sugar added) -swirl Agave Nectar on top -sprinkle a mixture of sesame, flax and hulled hemp seeds on top. Not only VERY nutritious, but the fiber content will keep you feeling full for a few hours.
