What is a Feed Back Loop (FBL)?

0

An FBL is a standardized method of reporting spam complaints. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) sends these complaint reports to the original email sender. The information in the report can be used to remove List Members that have complained and also to gauge the perceived quality of an email campaign. Admail.net uses FBLs to automatically remove List Members when complaints are received.
