What is a “feasability” study and why is it important?
To us, it makes no sense to spend a lot of money designing the home of your dreams when ultimately it may be a bad decision for you. Either because of budget or for real estate/re-sale reasons, sometimes a remodel project does not make sense. We feel it is our obligation to help you decide what is in you, and your family’s best interest. A feasability study allows you to explore the possibilities of doing a remodel project without investing a great deal of time and money. It is easy to get caught up in designing your dreams only to be disappointed at the end when you have paid a great deal of money in developing a design and cannot afford it. Our system is designed to do some up front “leg work” at a fraction of what a typical design would cost in order to save both parties time and money.
