What is a FACTS Payment Plan?
FACTS Management is a company which has partnered with Chabot-Las Positas Community College District to process installment plan payments (automatic billing) for enrollment fees and tuition. Please note: Any reference to the “FACTS enrollment fee” of $20 is a non-refundable subscriber fee charged by FACTS Management to participate in an online deferred payment plan. FACTS will provide you the option of setting up installment plan payments to be automatically charged to credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts on a pre-determined schedule. The subscriber fee will be deducted from the same account designated for the payment plan. Setting up an installment plan through FACTS constitutes an individual agreement with FACTS, and you must abide by the terms of this contract. Please carefully review your responsibilities described in the contract.
