The staff member on duty is the first responder to most incidents. A night on duty is when you are the staff member on duty. Serving on duty requires you to hold the RA duty phone, complete walk throughs of the buildings (rounds), and respond to situations within the building. The number of staff on duty each night and specific responsibilities vary by building.
