What is a drafting deposit?
Once you have decided on your package you must put in a drafting deposit. This is not an extra charge, but security that our designer’s time is being used by our customers. The deposits range from $1000 to $1 a square foot for custom packages –whichever is greater. If you decide not to proceed the drawings are yours to keep. To start drawing we will need either slope information of your lot or pictures of all 4 sides of your building site. This is to ensure it is designed properly.
