What is a DNS server? Where can I get one?

DNS (Domain Name Service) servers provide information related to domain names. In practice, they are used to resolve a domain name (like ocloudsoft.com) to an IP address (such as 216.194.83.242). Mail Direct must use a DNS server to get mail exchange (MX) host information for a domain so it can deliver the mail direct to your recipient’s mail box. You can ask your ISP for the IP address of your ISP’s DNS server. Mail Direct provides two default DNS servers, 61.139.2.69 (Primary) and 202.98.96.68 (Secondary). You can change these defaults to your ISP’s DNS server.
