What is a directory name?
Your directory name is the name shown in the On-Line Directory, printed directory, and Enterprise Exchange Global Address List (GAL). It is initially your legal name. Employees may request that a different first and middle name be shown in the directories by submitting a request using the Directory Listing Update Form. The name shown for students is always their name as recorded in their official Emory student records. To get other choices, students must go through the Registrar’s Office and get their name changed. • I don’t know where I receive my email. If you are having difficulty determining where you receive your email, please contact your local support provider or you may call the IT HelpDesk at 404-727-7777.
