What is a “Digitizing Fee” for embroidery?
Ok, this can be kinda tricky to explain, so follow us on this … For us to embroider your artwork we need our embroidery machine to know how to embroidery your image. To do this, we need to make a computer program to tell the embroidery machine where to embroider the threads in relation to each other. We need to have a person called a “Digitizer” delicately make this program and then we can embroider your artwork. So, the digitizing fee is a one-time fee that pays for the Digitizer to make the computer program that will sew your image.
