What is a digital snapshot?
Digital snapshot refers to the data collected by the security system of our Web site. The digital snapshot stores information such as the operating system and version, the browser type and version, the IP address, and the region of the country from which you connect, to build a profile that is used to verify your identity when you return to our Web site. No personal or private information is collected. Each time you visit, we look to see if the current profile matches your last profile. If it does, your User ID and password are accepted. If it doesn’t, you will have to provide an answer to one or more challenge questions to help us positively identify you. The digital snapshot is just one way Access Group protects your sensitive information.
