There are many facts that causes the issue, one is eating irregular, drinking water after consuming meals, having packed foods, alcohol, tobacco. When these is this disorder try taking raw food, like carrots, dry fruits, juices without sugar, garlic with curd, there are many more, have then in small quantities. No cooked items in oil, oven, fried items, fast food items…
