What is a Department Co-ordinator ?
A. Only a few Departments have a full time Departmental Coordinator, who is not faculty. Departmental Coordinators report to the Chair, and are responsible for carrying out Departmental administrative policies and functions. Coordinators act as assistants and advisors to the Chair, monitor and advise students, perform public relations functions for the Department, and liaise with the rest of the University and Community.
