What is a demo room and how can my company reserve one?

The conference will reserve demonstration rooms at the Hilton Hotel for the duration of the conference. Demo Rooms: $1000 each (Rental period is Sunday-Wednesday) The conference has 4 Demo Rooms that may be used for presentations/product demonstrations during the conference.
