The CVS/pharmacy Prescription Code was developed especially for CVS/pharmacy customers to make it even easier to complete a Medicare Part D plan comparison using the CVS Medicare Part D Calculator. A unique code has been produced for CVS customers aged 65 and older. When this Prescription Code is entered into the Part D Savings Calculator, along with a corresponding birth date, the customer’s CVS/pharmacy maintenance prescriptions are automatically populated into the online calculator. Prescription Code can be obtained by visiting the local CVS pharmacy where you normally fill your prescriptions. A plan comparison can be completed with or without a Prescription Code, but it’s easier with the code.
