What is a customised tour and how are they arranged?
For our customised itineraries we make all land transport and accommodation arrangements in Japan. All of our itineraries are individual, nothing is pre-prepared and we work closely with the customer to make sure the plan is exactly right for them. We have a combined 10 years experience of living and working in Japan and so have expert knowledge of the wealth of places and experiences the country can offer. After your initial email to us, you will be sent a sample itinerary of ideas for your trip. This will usually include suggestions for possible accommodation, transport and any special activities that may be of interest. We encourage our customers to read through the proposal carefully and then let us know their comments. Here starts an often lengthy dialogue to ensure the final itinerary is perfect for you.
