A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System is a tool to interact with your customers or business partners. These systems can be developed on a “self-serve” basis where customers can use it to browse their ordering history and order new products. This can be extended by having sales staff use the system to analyse sales reports generated by the system and focus their marketing efforts accordingly. The system can also be used by staff members to view customer records when customers call to make enquiries about the products and services the business offer.
