What is a CTM?
“CTM” is the abbreviation for “Community Trade Mark.” A CTM provides protection for a trademark in the 25 current member countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom).
