The Career Start program offers graduates (bachelor, masters or PhD degree) the ideal platform to prove themselves. While certainly structured, Career Start at Credit Suisse requires you to develop your own initiative as you prepare for a fast-paced career in finance. The program lasts between 12 to 18 months, and acts as a bridge between the challenges of direct entry and the more systematic approach of a traineeship.
