What is a CRC Error?

0

A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) is an error-checking mechanism, that checks whether the information in a file is correct. The installer checks the original CRC stamped into the file and compares this to the CRC calculated from the copy. The CRC check fails if the original CRC value is different from the CRC calculated on the copy. If you get a CRC error, then the file you are using has an error and you should either re-download it or obtain a new copy. Back to Top To Do List This is an extra Feature that has been written into Biscount, the Basic Version is standard. The Full Version has auto reminder pop ups (on the date you set) but this is an an Extra Cost Item, contact Biscount to do this and to get it Activated. Read more about it here in the Forum. Back to Top Why does it only install on drive C? As the person who writes this program won’t let you install it anywhere else. It simplifies installation and networking setup and we always try to make Biscount as simple as possible! Bac
