What is a Court Judgment (CCJ) / Decree?
If you owe money to a lender, they could go to the county court to claim it back. And if the court rules in the lender’s favour, they’ll issue a county court judgment (CCJ) or decree against you for the amount you owe plus any extra costs. We don’t keep the details of who took you to court, but you can get the details from the county or sheriff court directly.
