WLC information is an integral element of a TLMP and must be presented in the form of a through life cost record, completed in accordance with Through Life Finance guidance. The cost record will form part of Section 5 of the TLMP. The project can be said to have a ‘Costed TLMP’ when it has a complete and up to date cost record, which reflects the current project assumptions as set out in the project MDAL (which will also be found in the TLMP). Merely putting your current Equipment and Support plan information into Section 5 does not mean that you have a Costed TLMP.
