What is a core CPD activity?
A core CPD activity is any activity that the Board specifies as such prior to January each year. All participants must complete at least two of the core activities specified by the Board each year. Prior to January each year, the Board will advise industry of the core professional development subjects and the training providers approved to deliver the core activities that agents will need to complete in the next calendar year. The subject areas for these activities will address the latest industry compliance issues, legislative change and work practices.
