A contracted rate quote is a fee I quote to you that is effective for a specified period of time (e.g., 5 days) and is embedded in a contract for services with Evans Grant Proposal Services. This in no way obligates you to contract for services with me; it is simply an offer for services for a specified amount of money and that offer is effective at that price for a specified period of time.
