What is a consultation visit?

The consultation is the first visit we make to your home to meet you and your pet. During this visit, you will be able to show us around your pet’s environment and explain their daily schedules. During this visit, you will also fill out the necessary paperwork covering details such as veterinarian information and emergency contact information. It is also important to have 2 copies of your key available to us, which we will have in our office in case of emergency. There is no charge for a consultation visit.
