A. Storm Water Pollution prevention Permit (Construction) is required of land disturbance sites greater that 1 acres. In order to obtain a construction storm water permit, a SWPPP reviewed, signed & seal by a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas needs to be submitted to the Land Development Division-Storm Water as well as a copy of the Notice of Intent (NOI) for the project.
