What is a Conservation view?
Simply put, it is a natural open space that will not be developed. In our case, it consists of a dry retention basin with lots of grass and a dense, tree-lined horizon. The sun sets right over the trees which makes for a beautiful view! There are plenty of opprotunities to see lots of wildlife – so far we have seen many birds including turkey vultures and hawks! A Conservation view also means no neighbors behind you…just a little extra privacy!
