What is a “Confidential Org” as it appears on the User Access Profile Report?

“Confidential Org” is the domain used, in conjunction with the Oversight Hierarchy value to restrict access, and are shared by the LD, HR Lookup, and HR Update applications. The “Confidential Org” always requires the use of the “Confidential Job” domain in order for the LD, HR Lookup, and HR Update responsibilities to work.
